Relieve Counselling is dedicated to fostering a healing journey through trauma-informed and attachment-informed counselling. Our mission is to provide personalized, effective mental health care for individuals, couples, families, and youth, focusing on addressing the root causes of anxiety, depression, and relational issues. We believe in building authentic relationships with our clients, offering a non-hierarchical, warm, and engaging therapeutic environment. Our goal is to empower our clients, enabling them to achieve lasting positive changes in mental health, self-esteem, relationships, and overall quality of life.

She works to ensure the backend of Relieve runs smoothly so our counsellors can focus more on caring for clients. She is also the first person you might speak to when calling or emailing us, creating a welcoming and safe environment.
