Elisha Sidhu, RCC

Services offered in English, Punjabi

Elisha specializes in working with youth and individual adults affected by traumatic experiences, grief, and loss, which often lead to challenges such as depression, anxiety, poor boundaries, loneliness, and guilt. She is also passionate about supporting individuals navigating relationship difficulties and undergoing life transitions.

In her sessions, Elisha maintains a casual atmosphere, emphasizing the absence of hierarchy in the therapeutic relationship. She prioritizes authenticity, striving to create a comfortable environment where clients can freely express themselves. Elisha believes that open dialogue about personal struggles fosters greater openness and growth and acknowledges that everyone has their own struggles.
She employs a holistic approach to counselling, tailored to each client, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit to promote balance and well-being. Elisha integrates various therapeutic modalities to address symptoms and underlying causes. She encourages individuals to actively engage in their healing process through lifestyle changes, self-awareness, and mindfulness practices. Elisha uses therapeutic modalities to help reduce symptoms and recognize strengths and resources to foster positive change.
Outside of the therapy room, Elisha remains committed to authenticity. Her favourite activities include hiking, travelling, watching sports, gardening, painting, and enjoying the outdoors with her dogs.
