Youth Counselling
Counselling for youth
Youth today have so much pressure from friends, social media, family, teachers, and themselves. Counselling is a non-judgemental and unbiased place where your teenager can feel heard and seen. Through therapy, they can identify their triggers, work through current and past trauma, and build a better sense of self.
