In her counselling approach, Saloni emphasizes collaboration, recognizing clients as the true experts of their own lives. Grounded in anti-oppressive principles and informed by a trauma-informed lens, she extends a warm invitation to individuals from all walks of life. Saloni believes in tailoring the healing journey to each client’s unique path and incorporates creative practices, such as art and music, into her sessions.
With a background spanning India, Italy, and now Vancouver, Saloni brings a multicultural perspective to her practice. She remains committed to social justice, fostering a safe and inclusive space for everyone. Saloni is fluent in multiple languages and is open to conducting sessions in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Beyond her professional role, Saloni enjoys playing the guitar, singing karaoke, taking waterfront walks, and solving jigsaw puzzles.

Saloni is a Registered Clinical Counselling (#21933). She has completed her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology at Adler University. Saloni has experience working with patients struggling with Parkinson’s disease, and also supporting those recovering from eating disorders.
